We talk about pacing, music, ipods, etc.
Oh, and we make Amy run on her treadmill. Always good radio/audio.

Why do I always feel like I’m the only sucker who listens to this? I think my problem is that I don’t listen to anything when I run. Otherwise I could just zone out while this plays.
I laughed out loud at the “dog ate my homework” comment. And I like that Amy was the only one gutsy enough to run on the treadmill, clunking, squeaking, pregnancy, bare feet, and all.
It’s Sunday. I’ve got loads to do. But I listened to this instead. Oh well.
Mr. Hellasound was a good sport, so I forwarded a link to his website to several running friends who will never take their Sunday afternoons to listen to this podcast.
