A funny look at the sport of running. Well, sometimes it's about running. It really depends on the episode.

I don't have a boat load of cash so a comment will have to suffice.

I guess it's getting better. Having a guest helps, but perhaps an informal agenda that can give you some other talking points when you run out of material might help.

I can take the politically incorrect commentary, but the scientific blunders were inexcusable. Fortunately, they were mildly amusing. And Tasmania is an island considered to be part of Australia, so... oh, never mind.

Heya. Nigel Runner mentioned your show the other week so have recently tuned in. Am enjoying the rambling conversation loosely associated to running.

No bacon grease here. Just Bandaids.

I'd injure baby seals for a Krispy Kreme running shirt. That would be awesome.

Mmmmm.. Bacon.

It's Sunday. I've got loads to do. But I listened to this instead. Oh well.

Mr. Hellasound was a good sport, so I forwarded a link to his website to several running friends who will never take their Sunday afternoons to listen to this podcast.

BTW: when's the next one?

I laughed out loud at the "dog ate my homework" comment. And I like that Amy was the only one gutsy enough to run on the treadmill, clunking, squeaking, pregnancy, bare feet, and all.

Why do I always feel like I'm the only sucker who listens to this? I think my problem is that I don't listen to anything when I run. Otherwise I could just zone out while this plays.

Much better than last week. Marked improvement!

A quick comment about cycling jerseys. The biggest reason they are so loud is cyclists do most of their riding on the street and need to be easily seen by traffic. The more radical (loud) the pattern or color scheme, the more likely an inept driver will notice them. I apply the same principle when purchasing runnning shirts, although I am not paying 80.00 a pop.

I will expect a five star podcast soon. So, now the pressure is on!

Hey, the last 15 minutes or so were actually pretty good! I even laughed! Maybe all you guys need is a good pre-podcast warm-up. Cheers!
